Raise DC Staff and Operations
Amy Dudas joined the Raise DC staff in April 2019 as the Senior Director of High School Success, where she is leading the Graduation Pathways Project work and supporting the Disconnected Youth Change Network. She most recently work as the Director of Re-engagement and Workforce Initiatives at DC Alliance of Youth Advocates (DCAYA), a coalition of over 130 youth-serving organizations specializing in strategic advocacy to advance policies that provide high-quality developmental opportunities for District youth. While at DCAYA, Amy was an active partner of Raise DC, sitting on the Disconnected Youth Change Network and formerly co-leading the Youth Employment Change Network. Prior to this role, Amy worked with a women’s workforce advocacy group in DC.
She holds a BA in International Relations from Simmons College, is completing her MPA in Nonprofit Management from the George Washington University, and is a graduate of the Washington Semester’s International Law and Organizations program at American University. Amy is excited to advance such collaborative efforts to ensure the District’s youth are connected to opportunities across the cradle-to-career continuum.
