Patrice Williams, an Education Consultant for FHI 360, serves as a lead for the Community Partnership for Postsecondary Attainment. She is an experienced educator with a background in providing high-quality technical assistance and coaching at both the federal and local levels. Williams has experience in school- and district-level evaluations and restructuring, data analysis, professional development facilitation and coordination. As well, she has worked closely with school administrators and staff of New York City Public Schools to regularly analyze school Early Warning System data and create focused plans to help their schools accomplish articulated goals.
Williams has designed and produced a series of national webinars on topics pertaining to re-engagement, college readiness, and Postsecondary Attainment. She recently co-authored, Bringing Students Back to the Center: A Resource Guide for Implementing and Enhancing Re-Engagement Centers for Out-of-School Youth, a report for the U.S. Department of Education.
Williams attained a B.S. in Family Studies from Towson University and a master’s in education from the University of Maryland.
